16 The Nook - Algies Bay Renovation

This major renovation transformed the property with significant structural and functional upgrades. The house was raised 1.2 meters, allowing for extensive excavation beneath the home to create a spacious, full-footprint open garage. Steel beams were utilised to eliminate the need for load-bearing walls, maximising the garage's usability and versatility.

To further enhance the home’s appeal, we added an alfresco area and a deck at the front, providing a perfect space for outdoor living and improving the property’s views. At the rear, a second deck was constructed to surround a newly installed pool, creating a seamless and stylish outdoor entertainment area.
